Return Policy 

Return Period:
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include all original tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the return is approved, the customer will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages or Incorrect Items:
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately so the issue can be resolved.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, customers should return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the EU, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a reason, provided the item meets return eligibility conditions.

Refunds:

  • Customers will be notified once the return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, customers should contact support.
