At Zoropet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, or grooming products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, please contact us and we will investigate.
